STRATEGY PROPOSALS

Full repositioning decks written for real brands: gap analysis, strategic narrative, content direction, and post samples showing exactly what execution looks like.

01

Paybis

Crypto Infrastructure · B2B + B2C

Feature-first content that answered 'what we built' without ever explaining why it matters. Every post felt like a press release. Announcing, not communicating.

02

Ryder

Crypto Hardware Wallet · Consumer

Security content that emphasized features and specs. The classic hardware wallet trap of making the barrier feel even higher. Setup complexity was the headline when it should have been invisible.

Staking Infrastructure · Institutional

Content that looked and felt like every other infrastructure company: event attendance posts, milestone announcements, no differentiation from competitors securing less capital.

04

GenLayer

AI + Blockchain · Protocol

Technical content targeting developers that missed the larger narrative opportunity. AI + blockchain is a generational infrastructure story. They were telling a feature story instead.

IQ AI

AI Agents · DeFi

Feature explanation content ('our agent does X, Y, Z') that treated DeFi users like engineers instead of people with financial dreams. The product emotion was missing entirely.

Fiat-Crypto Bridge · Infrastructure

Infrastructure feature posts that told B2B partners what the product does without making anyone feel why it matters. The mass-adoption opportunity was completely absent from the content.

Regulated Exchange · Europe

Compliance content written defensively, with 'we follow the rules' framing that felt boring and bureaucratic. The single biggest competitive advantage was being treated as a liability.

Mighty Academy

Web3 Education · Community

Education feature content (course announcements, partnership posts) without a larger thesis about why Web3 education matters right now. The brand had no historical framework, no sense of timing.

// About

Started in content before I had a niche. Grew Instagram profiles for web2 founders, worked on YouTube channels, wrote for crypto protocols. Learned what actually moves audiences by doing it across enough platforms and niches that the patterns became obvious.

The thing I got good at early was learning fast. I would go into a niche I knew nothing about, do the homework, talk to the founder enough to understand what they actually believed, and build content around that. 60K Instagram followers in 3 months for an entrepreneurship founder. 140K LinkedIn impressions in 2 months for a DeFi protocol. No prior experience in either niche before starting.

The ghostwriting side became a real methodology over time. Every founder has a voice, a set of stories, a way of thinking about their space that nobody else has. The work is finding that and turning it into content that sounds exactly like them, not like a content agency wrote it. Voice notes, weekly calls, story extraction, personality profiling, whatever it takes to get there.

When I hit the ceiling every writer hits, good content with broken execution, I started building tools instead of outsourcing the problem. Approval dashboards, QRT automation, clipping pipelines, a self-learning content engine with vector RAG. The engineering background turned out to be useful after all. Now I run the whole operation: strategy, writing, systems, video, distribution.

2021–23

Started freelancing in web3. Wrote for NFT platforms, DeFi protocols, crypto founders. Learned what actually moves audiences by writing for dozens of them.

2023–24

Meroku Technologies as Marketing Associate. Owned Twitter content strategy, ecosystem partnerships, and protocol documentation for multiple projects.

2024–25

Cryptovidstudios. Scaled client profiles to 200K+ combined reach. Managed editors and designers. First time running a content team end to end.

AUG 2025

Joined Compound Growth as Head of Content & Ops when the agency had 5 active clients. Built the post approval dashboard in my first 2 days.

OCT 2025

Agency scaled to 14 concurrent clients with the portal deployed, QRT automation running, and a team of 15 coordinating across writing, replies, and design.

2026

Built the Content Engine, a self-learning AI content system with vector RAG and automated feedback loops. It became the agency's core IP.
